The water was perfect. Warm and inviting.
Big Shoal Beach was busy too.

The dogs had a great time.

SEPTIC TANK 2007

Ok, I know its kinda weird to photograph the
guy emptying out my septic tank. I did find out
interesting things. I thought since the house is
not used full time, that the septic tank would be
better off.

The guy told me it is better to have someone
there living at the house full time. It is better for
the bacteria in the tank. Bacteria is the most
important element in your system!

They sell filters that hook onto your system
before the water goes to your drain field. The
septic guy says do NOT use them. It is just a
thing to get plugged up.

Plus he suggests using just plain yeast to treat
your septic tank every month. About six packets
every month is all you need. RidX and similar
products are good, but the yeast works the
same for less money.

Total cost to empty $250.00

Second July trip 2007

It was the second trip of July.
It was very dry but the weather was perfect.

The Buleys built a nice rasied flower bed using
flat rocks.

I got a new Fridge from Erickson's at the Soo.
