WOODEN BOATS

I am gearing up for the 2008 season on Drummond. I was checking on the various things going on this summer in the U.P.

One of my favorites is the wooden boat show and art festival in Hessel. this year it will be on August 8-10, 2008. If you are a wooden boat fan, check this out.

I drive through the Les Cheneaux Islands area of the U.P. on my trip up to Drummond. It is a beautiful area of Michigan. A good area to kayak too.
